Yes and No. In order to be able to submit your information to an employer, we will need relevant and quite detailed information about yourself and your professional background; therefore, uploading a CV is the best way to access that information. But, if you do not have a CV, that is not an issue, because once your account with us is active, you have access to the CV Builder, where you can create one, being able to update it whenever you wish.

Keep in mind that less is more. Your CV should have a clean aspect, containing relevant information and pointing out your stronger points and experiences. It would be preferable to upload your CV in English, in simple Word or PDF format.

Definitely NOT. Your CV gets in our possesion only uploaded by you in your account with us, confidentially and it remains as such. The process of handing out your CV is the following: (1) as a result of our shortlisting we believe you are a good fit for a certain vacancy, so we contact you in order to give you details about the job, (2) then (if you are happy with the information provided by us and agree) we send your CV to the prospective employer, except your personal details (no name, surname, contact details, address) and (3) if the employer believes you are compatible to his requirements we arrange an interview between you two (one representative of ours being present as well in the meeting) and provide your name.

What is certain is that one of the most challenging parts of working abroad is communicating in a foreign language, whgile being part of an unfamiliar environment. Even so, this shouldnt scare or worry you in any way, because English is always an option, being worldwide known. In case you already know the basics of a foreign language, you will become comfortable communicating in that language in notime. Also, you have to understand that everyone around will appreciate the fact that you are trying to learn and speak their language, as it is understandable that it is not your native language and it is a true effort and work to try to communicate. You should also keep in mind that, nowadays, it is not necessary (or a must) to speak or work in the local language.
